Personally, I´d prefer to hang on to winter for a
good while longer - and it´s cold enough around here
to make one believe it is winter still - but there are
snow-drops and bird-twitter, too - so I thought I might
as well make my peace with the unavoidable and open
up the windows of my mind for spring...
My weekly focus therefore will be: helping spring along...
And here´s what I tugged out from the (still way too
big and too chaotic) fabric heap for that purpose...

Excellent - love the look of those spring fabrics. Embracing the inevitable... I think it makes us stronger :-)
Hope it does...
that little scrap of indigo is beautiful and what could be more springlike than yellow sunshine
that little scrap of indigo looks like it's becoming a plaid. it is so soft looking and love the almost heart above it.

I like your spring colors a lot.
So many wonderful posts for me to catch up with. I'm sorry I haven't visited before ... I have been having a difficult time but trying to carry on stitching through it. I was blessed to received a very lovely postcard from you. It brightened my day and I love those winter greys. I can see why you loved the card and I am grateful for it and to you for your friendship
Much love

Well, one has to get prepared, for spring and its fairies as well as for a possible cold blast... this afternoon I prescribed myself some exercise at a small sports facility in the park (it´s for senior citizens...;) - the almost heart is a piece of chakra symbol, Deanna, from my January hanging - haven´t been about much myself, cheers Carolyn... - + thanks everyone for visiting...
