a tactile and visual fantasy.. better than a decadent dessert!
such a fun wip. and i've been shopping again!!
Hooray for cancelled projects if this is what it leads to...;>}Your silks arrived...oooh so luscious...and the one with the "X" is already basted (as the centerpiece) onto a new piece. Many, many thanks.Christi
Love the first two photo's with the natural colours, truely YOU.I would like to be able to make something like that ... but ... me, I'm more a photo-3-colours person ;-)
i love your mirror graced in gold
I like your recycled projects - I bought shisha mirrors myself today - they are very alluring
Everything you stitch turns to beauty. Thank you for your beautiful blog dear x
Did you do the shisha stitching too?I am impressed...
Hey, everyone... - they are alluring, these mirrors, aren´t they - had them around for almost a year before finding something where one fits though... - no, Denise, I didn´t do that, on the third picture - that´s an old indian bag I thrifted, I´ve put a blanket inside + use it as a bolster...
A very good use of leftovers...I have a package of tiny mirrors that I bought for something that I never did... I think I'm going to have to dig them out.
I like the little mirror isolated the way it is.. As it was wondering "what am I doing here?" I like it more than the indian composition, where everything seems to be in the right place.
Yes, I know what you mean...
