Hands of Time

A windowsill detail that caught my eye -
suggesting it being very stylish and orderly
around here... I assure you: it´s not

A new project in the making (one more, indeed...)
It´s a relative of Riverrun, I call it Hands of Time...

... and I´m embedding a small shell, which...

...belongs to this pretty little collection of shells
(including 2 elephant´s toenails) and fragments which Susan
at ArtSpark Theatre sent me. Thanks again, Susan...

I love the shell which has been made into a container in the first photo. Glad you could use some of what I sent!

i like the idea of embedding secret bits in the quilt. i could not even find an inch in our house that looks as stylish as that!

Love the idea of capturing objects in the stitching.

Hidden treasures, yes - that´s a theme worth further exploring... The little shell container is charming, isn´t? I bought it in a thrift store (for 25 cents...) - and, ArtSparker: that wasn´t the last + only of your shell/fragments I´m using. Thanks everyone for your comments...
