I assume you alreadyknow India Flint - her work in eco dying?She has a blog called "all those who wander are not lost"She once knitted me soemthing on a plane using only plastic teaspoons becasue they wont let you knit on a plane.
Fun! I won't be able to do much solar dyeing now I think so I'm going to try red cabbage on the stove top this weekend. Maybe some marigolds too.
I particularly like that "batik"--i wonder if curry would do the same.
dye trying, a new term, like tie dyeing. very nice yellows actually.
I like the yellow too! I am fondof using instant coffee for a dye.It gives such a nice "aged" look tomuslin. very nice.
I´ll try this...
